🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Tags must be attached, and the product must be in resale condition.

  • Sale items, discounted items, and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.

↩️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale items

  • Underwear, socks, or intimate wear

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You may exchange for size or color, depending on availability.

  • If the requested item is not available, a store credit may be issued instead.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You provide clear photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.

🛠 Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.

🚫 Packages Returned to Sender

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed package

  • Failed delivery attempts

Reshipping fees will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placing them.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
